Founded in 1995, by Seth L. Goldstein, our trauma-informed firm provides compassionate and effective legal services to clients all across the state of CA. Based in Monterey including surrounding communities, we take cases throughout the U.S. Our office has continued to grow in a constantly evolving legal market while remaining committed to our core.

Seth L. Goldstein has been admitted to practice in the state of California, the United States District Courts for the Northern District and Eastern District of California, the United States Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court, District of Colorado. He has also appeared pro hac vice in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia; Green County, Missouri; Maui County, Hawaii; and Clark County, Washington.

He formally sat as a member of the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services, State Advisory Committee on Sexual Assault. He was an advisory board member of the California Association of Counsel for Children, the California Chapter of the National Association of Counsel for Children. He has also volunteered his time in the Monterey County Mock Trial competition, working with high school students learning about the court system.
